Clear background
Willingness to complete a criminal background check and identity verification.
CPR & First Aid
Current infant and child CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to get certified.

Every caregiver completes our verification process before we introduce them to a family — and we keep those records current.
Local & reliable
Living in or near the South Bay, with dependable transportation and a clean driving record if driving is required.
Warmth
Patient, communicative, and genuinely happy to be with children. This is the part we can’t train.
