Full-Time Nanny Placement
Monday-through-Friday care in your own home, with a caregiver who becomes part of your family’s routine.

Part-Time & Flexible Care
Coverage for the specific hours you need — a few afternoons, alternating days, or long shifts a couple of times a week.

Search & screening
We draw on our local network, then screen: background check, ID and license, CPR, and reference calls.
Interviews & trial
You meet a short list of genuine fits and we arrange a paid trial day in your home.
Offer & follow-up
We help with rates and a written agreement, then check in at week one and month one.

Common questions
How much does it cost?

How long does it take to find someone?

How are nannies screened?
Every caregiver goes through an in-person interview, a criminal background check, identity and driving-record verification, confirmation of CPR and First Aid certification, and reference calls we place ourselves.
What if the match doesn’t work out?

We place caregivers throughout the South Bay — Torrance, San Pedro, Lomita, Carson, the Palos Verdes Peninsula, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Long Beach. If you’re just outside that, call and ask.
