You meet a short list of genuine fits and we arrange a paid trial day in your home.
Offer & follow-up
We help with rates and a written agreement, then check in at week one and month one.

Common questions
How are nannies screened?
Every caregiver goes through an in-person interview, a criminal background check, identity and driving-record verification, confirmation of CPR and First Aid certification, and reference calls we place ourselves.
Do you serve my city?
Yes, if you’re in the South Bay. We place nannies in Torrance, San Pedro, Wilmington, Lomita, Carson, Gardena, Rancho Palos Verdes, Palos Verdes Estates, Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach, and Long Beach. If you’re just outside that area, give us a call and ask.
Do you offer both full-time and part-time nannies?
Yes. We place full-time nannies, typically 30–50 hours a week, and part-time nannies for set weekly schedules, after-school hours, evenings, or share-care between two families.
Can you help us find a nanny for a newborn?
Yes. For newborn and infant placements we look for caregivers experienced with the first year, verify infant CPR and safe-sleep practices, and do extra reference checks.
Do you offer backup or temporary childcare?
Yes. We help with summer and school-break coverage, maternity or vacation fill-ins, and emergency or sick-day backup, and every temporary caregiver is screened as carefully as a long-term placement.
